  • Supply the necessary manpower, equipment, technology, financing and all kinds of resources for the effective operation of the integrated management system,
  • Identify the personal and professional training needs of our employees and provide training that will increase their competence and proficiency, to create a constantly developing, sharing organization and organize activities to enhance employee satisfaction,
  • Continuously improve Integrated Management performances and effectiveness of management systems.
